Ashifi Gogo

Global CEO – Sproxil

Ashifi Gogo is the Global CEO of Sproxil, Buyerr’s parent company. He founded Sproxil in 2009 with a powerful vision: to build trust between brands and consumers by protecting them from counterfeit products. What began as an idea has grown into a globally recognized solution that has safeguarded millions of consumers across industries and geographies.

His journey combines a deep love for problem-solving with a drive to create impact at scale. From completing his Ph.D. in Engineering at Dartmouth to building one of the world’s first mobile-based product authentication platforms, Ashifi has consistently pushed the boundaries of how technology can be used for good. Under his leadership, Sproxil has been honored by Fast Company as the #1 Most Innovative Company in Healthcare and recognized by the White House as a Champion of Change.

At the heart of it all, Ashifi believes entrepreneurship is about more than building companies. It’s about building trust, protecting lives, and creating solutions that matter. Whether lecturing at Columbia University, speaking on global stages, or mentoring the next generation of innovators, his focus remains the same: to use technology as a force for meaningful, lasting change.

As the driving force behind Sproxil, Ashifi’s vision continues to inspire and shape Buyerr’s journey, fueling our mission to help brands strengthen consumer trust, loyalty, and engagement.

Abhishek Bhoyar

Project Manager, Buyerr

Abhishek joined Buyerr in 2024, a time when speed, clarity, and control were critical. As Project Manager, he builds delivery rituals, momentum, and ensures no task falls through the cracks. With a background in Computer Science and a Master’s in Media & Communication, he blends systems thinking with creative execution: the calm force behind our most complex builds.

Before Buyerr, he shaped immersive digital experiences with global players like DNEG, Red Chillies, and Jadu.AR, building stories through VFX and AR long before loyalty tech caught his eye. Today, he applies that same precision to building scalable programs, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering results without fuss. His quiet leadership gives structure, while his optimism keeps the engine running.

Beyond the office, Abhishek is a curious mind and a quiet force. He lives in Thane with his wife and young son and still makes time to chase rabbit holes of random knowledge just for the joy of learning. His rescued cat, now reigning queen in his hometown of Nagpur, is a reminder of his instinct to care, commit, and show up, no matter the chaos. His leadership style mirrors that: calm under pressure, patient in the process, and fiercely solution-focused. To him, every problem is just a puzzle waiting to be solved.

Saswata Biswas

Associate Director – Products & Marketing, Buyerr

Since joining Buyerr in 2024 as Associate Director – Products & Marketing, Saswata has been instrumental in elevating both our marketing and product landscape. He’s helped define what the brand should stand for, how the platform should function, and how every touchpoint, online or offline, can feel compelling.

An alumnus of IMT Ghaziabad, he found his true calling early at TCS and went on to explore the world of brand building, loyalty ecosystems, and product strategy across diverse industries. Saswata’s decade-long journey has spanned brands like Citibank, Loyalty Rewardz, and Schindler. He has also worked closely with 50+ early-stage startups, shaping product and marketing journeys from scratch.

Beyond the boardroom, Saswata is a connoisseur of music, films, and all things culture. He loves decoding subtext, hunting for hidden patterns and telling stories that stay with you long after the meeting ends. He has a sharp eye for details, a sharper eye for good storytelling, and a curious mind that never sits still.

Priyanshu Jain

Director – Sales & Business Development, Buyerr

Since joining Buyerr in 2019, Priyanshu Jain has led the Sales and Business Development function with a sharp focus on delivering scalable, tech-enabled solutions in consumer engagement, loyalty programs, and digital campaigns. At the heart of his approach lies a deep understanding of client needs and a drive to create impact across industries.

Backed by 20+ years in loyalty, CRM, and customer engagement, Priyanshu’s career spans leading organizations across India, where he worked on high-impact campaigns, strategic partnerships, and go-to-market programs. He has worked with brands like Tata, M&M, ICICI Bank, Godrej, Bacardi, LG, and Diageo. His unique blend of tech know-how and marketing insight stems from his academic grounding in Computer Technology and Business Strategy, giving him a rare edge in bridging innovation with commercial scale.

Currently based in Mumbai, Priyanshu balances his professional drive with personal pursuits, whether it’s cycling at sunrise, exploring new cultures through travel, or staying grounded through yoga and badminton. Inspired by The Pursuit of Happyness, his leadership style is anchored in perseverance, self-belief, and a belief that doing the right thing, even when it’s hard, is the surest path to success.

Ashbab Siddiqui

Associate Director – Business Development, Buyerr

Ashbab joined Buyerr in 2019 and has been a steady force behind its growth ever since. As Associate Director – Business Development, he leads some of our most trusted client relationships, combining strategic depth with executional consistency. From agriculture to alcobev and manufacturing, Ashbab has delivered high-impact campaigns for brands like Mondelez, AB InBev, Tata Rallis, Fuchs Oil, and Wildcraft.

With nearly 20 years of experience across sales, client success, and program delivery, including over a decade in consumer promotions and loyalty, Ashbab brings both instinct and insight to every project. Before Buyerr, he held leadership roles at Birdvision and WowPerks, where he drove automation, engagement, and rewards across complex, large-scale campaigns.

Ashbab holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy and an MBA in Marketing. A combination that reflects his analytical edge and business acumen. Based in Pune, he’s known for his calm presence, long-game thinking, and quiet impact, the kind that helps brands build not just campaigns, but trust that lasts.

Arunima Sen

Associate Director – Sales, Buyerr

Arunima joined Buyerr in 2024 as Associate Director – Sales, where she leads our loyalty solutions portfolio. She drives strategy, team growth, and execution while ensuring our programs deliver real business results.

With a strong foundation in B2B sales, channel marketing, and digital transformation, Arunima brings rich experience from roles at Pinelabs, Flipkart, and Info Edge. She has successfully led high-impact programs across BFSI, FMCG, and retail sectors, always with a clear focus on results and long-term value.. Her strength lies in building scalable loyalty ecosystems and high-performing teams that consistently exceed targets.

A proud Mumbaikar with an MBA in Marketing from MIT Pune, Arunima is as driven outside the boardroom as she is inside. She balances her intensity at work with a deep love for fitness, travel, and time with loved ones. She lives by a simple code: “Discipline and execution beat motivation every single time.” That mindset, along with a shelf full of awards, including the Yoddha Award for 300% sales target achievement is what sets her apart.

Anil Somani

Director – Finance, Buyerr

Anil has been a part of Buyerr’s journey since 2018, leading the company’s finance through its most critical growth years. As Director – Finance, he oversees financial planning, compliance, reporting, and operations.

With over 18 years of experience across telecom, energy, and infrastructure, Anil brings deep expertise in strategic planning, risk management, and cross-functional leadership. He has led large multi-region teams, overseen ERP implementations, and steered complex financial transformations. At Buyerr, he set up the finance backbone from scratch, introduced automation, and aligned financial processes with the company’s evolving goals. His efforts have earned him great recognition, including Buyerr’s Employee of the Quarter and a High Potential leadership award in a previous role.

A Chartered Accountant by qualification, Anil is driven by a clear philosophy: lead with integrity, empower people, and build systems that last. Off the clock, he’s a curious thinker who thrives on travel, fitness, and time with family, always balancing numbers with perspective.

Souvik Samanta

Associate Director – Technology, Buyerr

Souvik has been one of the driving forces behind Buyerr’s evolution since 2017, and today leads as Associate Director – Technology. He owns and drives the loyalty product end-to-end, from market research and roadmap planning to development, delivery, and performance. Over the years, he’s built some of Buyerr’s most critical platforms from scratch, including the consumer engagement engine that now powers 100+ campaigns annually.

What makes Souvik’s approach unique is his mindset. Whether it’s writing clean code, solving product challenges, or mentoring his team, he leads with simplicity, choosing clarity over complexity, and always evaluating decisions through the lens of need, want, and desire. He believes empowered teams build better solutions, and that continuous learning on the job and in life, is non-negotiable.

Based in Navi Mumbai, Souvik is a proud new dad and a firm believer in simplicity: in code, in decisions, and in leadership. He holds an M.Tech in Computer Science and an MBA in Product Management. When not solving product puzzles, he enjoys painting, PlayStation breaks, and living life with curiosity and calm.

Priya Neog

Client Servicing Manager, Buyerr

Priya joined Buyerr in 2017 and currently leads the Client Servicing Team. Calm under pressure and methodical in her approach, Priya ensures every campaign is executed with discipline, precision, and stakeholder alignment. She has been instrumental in building long-term partnerships with brands like Diageo, consistently growing the mandate through proactive planning and delivery.

Before Buyerr, Priya held several client-facing roles across advertising and digital marketing. She led strategic accounts, sales functions, and servicing teams. Her work has earned her multiple ‘Employee of the Quarter’ awards for ownership and performance, along with a ‘Client Excellence Award’ in a prior role. She also holds an MBA in Marketing and was awarded a gold medal for academic excellence.

For clients and team members alike, Priya brings consistency and trust. She has helped create a structured and scalable way of working. As a new mom and a seasoned leader, she brings empathy, calm, and sharp decision-making to every challenge. Her philosophy: lead with clarity, create space for ownership, and always deliver with integrity.

Anshul Gupta

Country Head – India, Buyerr
Anshul joined Buyerr in 2011 and currently leads the India business as Country Head. He has been instrumental in turning the business around from a supply-chain security focus to a marketing technology powerhouse. Under his leadership, the India unit has not only achieved profitability but also launched new product lines, repositioned its market identity, and delivered double-digit YoY revenue growth. His clear-eyed focus on outcomes, backed by strong execution, has been central to Buyerr’s evolution in one of its most dynamic markets.

Prior to joining Buyerr, he co-founded Binary Mantra Systems, gaining hands-on experience across sales, technology, and operations in the US, UK, and India. Earlier stints at Infosys and Qwest Telecom added to his technical depth, giving him the rare ability to bridge business strategy with product thinking. With over two decades of cross-industry experience, Anshul brings a unique mix of entrepreneurial drive, operational rigor, and customer-centric mindset.

A B.Tech. graduate from IIT (BHU) Varanasi and an alum of the Indian School of Business, Anshul balances big-picture strategy with on-the-ground execution. He’s passionate about helping teams scale from dependency to ownership, and about transforming strategic direction into operating discipline. Off the clock, he’s a sports enthusiast, a quizzer at heart, and someone who believes that long-term business success comes from clarity, resilience, and trust.
